Elizabeth Carpenter,

My Professional Journey
My path to medicine began unexpectedly through professional dance. A career-threatening injury led me to an acupuncturist, and what had been scheduled for surgery was resolved in a single session. I returned to rehearsal the next day and danced another ten years.
That moment reshaped my future. After retiring from dance, I devoted myself to Chinese Medicine and, over the past 25+ years, have treated thousands of patients, taught hundreds of students, and studied additional energy- and mind-body-based systems. Along the way, I’ve developed an integrative approach that combines multiple therapies to activate the body’s natural healing responses, calm the nervous system, and support lasting wellbeing.
My Mission
Today my passion is to help people access their own innate ability to heal and thrive. Through mentoring, teaching, and speaking, I guide others to work with their energy systems, ease stress, and build practices that support lasting health and authentic living.
I believe that when we understand how to work with our own energy, we unlock extraordinary potential for wellbeing, growth, and fulfillment.
