Elizabeth Carpenter, MS., L.Ac.
Oriens Living, New York
Frustrated with the medical model, Elizabeth Carpenter has left fast-paced clinic life behind. She has transformed private practice into a high attention, results-driven, one-on-one treatment and education experience for women.
Her living office (her office that feels like your home), resources are available to teach women the skills they need to be their own “healers” – in their daily routines and living, and in heart, mind, and thought processes. Instructions and counsel get practical with meditation and breathing and learning everyday healing self-care practices such as qigong, self-acupressure, self-reiki, and more.
Elizabeth began her New York Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practice in 1998, after dancing with major companies. From 2010 - 2017 she developed and operated Oriens Living, her Manhattan integrative medicine center specializing in Holistic Healthcare for Women.
Now in 2018, she up-levels her signature Chinese medicine based approach, layering tools and information from the East and the West, into a high-impact, ultra-private healing and education experience for women.
Her approach is marked by a commitment to medical science and research, vast clinical experience, deep personal engagement with alternative healing arts and wisdom practices, and respect for the universal human quest to find hope and meaning in our health and life experiences.
